I love these beads, they've very cleverly designed, so you can use them for 'fun', but also for fitness. You can remove the beads from the little white girdle, which means you can mix and match them, start with the light beads, then work up to the heavier ones. I've not been using them long but already I can feel some improvement in the strength of those muscles. Excellent quality (as always with Lelo stuff, honestly I love them!), they come in a little presentation box with little satin pouch, user manual etc... So a wonderful gift, for yourself or your lover. So elegant and practical. I love them!
