Easy to use: just slips on top of your penis with a little lubricant and away you go. Nothing much else to be said other than it feels smooth to the touch and my girlfriend loved the extra couple of inches. Job done!

This is good.
Better than the 4 inch version, as its more useable.
A tip if you want it even better, make a small cut in the base of the penis sleeve, so that you can put your balls through it when its on, it will then not move around, and feels really snug. I suggest using a condom on top and plenty of lube!
