If you order this toy, bear in mind this is life-sized, so the box is large. Inside is a perfect replica of Ms Patrick's beautiful rear. When I removed it from the package I was immediately impressed by how much it weighed. This is a toy that will stay put when you start to use it. Also included is a tube of lubricant and a double headed vibrating bullet. As the name suggests, the toy contains both anal and vaginal openings, both perfectly crafted from the very soft futurotic material. This stuff completely feels like real skin. Just rubbing my hands over the butt and over the openings got me very excited. Further examination proved that both openings have their own separate tunnels. These are textured to feel like the real thing and do not have the additional texturing that have been on some of the other hand held products that I've tried. Ordinarily this might have disappointed me, but in this case I was looking for more of a real world simulation, so again my excitement increased.

Both of the openings ultimately join together into one hole that comes out at the back/top of the toy. There is no obvious location in which to install the vibrating bullets, so this hole can also be used to insert them into their respective openings. However, since as I mentioned before, I was going for as close to realism as possible, I elected to leave out the vibrators for the first try. Think about this - you can have sex on demand any time you want that is hard to distinguish from being with the real Tera. In my opinion, that's worth the price
