Returns Policy
Our aim is to provide 100% customer satisfaction along with excellent customer service for shopping at BedroomPleasures. We offer a no nonsense return policy - and even have a freepost returns address so it will cost you absolutely nothing to return items to us!

Unwanted Items

As long as the product is still in its original packaging and has not been used, we will issue you with a refund, minus any delivery costs. This offer applies up to 7 days from receipt of your order. You may also exchange unused or unopened items within 30 days for an alternative item.

Refunds

Once we have received the product back to you we will aim to refund your money within 14 days. We usually refund within 7 days.

How to return an item

Please ensure you include your order number with a quick note for the reason for return. Wrap the item securely and return to our FREEPOST address below:

Returning DVD's & Books

Unfortunately we cannot accept the return of DVD's or audio based products. This is in accordance with EU Distance Selling Regulations.

Returning Lingerie & Clothing

You are welcome to try on lingerie and clothing to see if it fits - but please keep on your underwear! We cannot accept lingerie returns if you remove any labels or tags.

If you are unhappy with the item, please return it to us within 7 days for an exchange or refund.

Faulty or incorrect goods

Please contact us quoting your order number, and we will arrange for a replacement to be delivered to you free of charge.
