Our Returns Policy

Our aim is to provide 100% customer satisfaction along with excellent customer service for shopping at BedroomPleasures. We offer a no nonsense returns policy - Use our freepost returns address so it will cost you absolutely nothing to return items to us!

• Please note that you will be charged postage on any unwanted items returned.
• You can return an item to us free of charge in the UK up to 365 days from the purchase date.
• Faulty items can also be returned free of charge for an exchange or refund up to 365 days from the purchase date.
• Items must be in the condition that you received them and in their original packaging.
• Sale items can only be refunded if the item is at fault. You are only entitled to a full exchange should you change your mind.

Please contact us quoting your order number to let us know you will be returning an item to us.

Distance Selling Regulations

The EU Distance Selling Regulations 2000 state that you have the right to cancel your order with us without giving a reason for 7 days. At BedroomPleasures we go that bit further. You can cancel your order with us for any reason up to 365 days after the purchase date.

Adult toys can be returned to us as long as the packaging remains intact.

You can return an item to use for an exchange or refund for up to 365 days after the purchase date. You do not need to return your item by recorded post. Please obtain a certificate of posting.

We are unable to accept returns of lubricants, condoms, massage oils if they are not faulty or have been opened.

Returning lingerie & clothing

What happens if you try lingerie on and it doesn't fit? No problem! If you do try lingerie on, please make sure you keep your knickers on though.

Remember that you must keep all labels and tags intact on the lingerie. If these are removed or tampered with we will be unable to accept the returned item.

Returning DVDs

As long as you have not opened the packaging or plastic seal we will be happy for you to return DVDs to us. Unfortunately as accordance with EU Distance Selling Regulations we are unable to accept returns if DVDs have been opened.

Faulty Items

If you believe an item to be faulty, please include a full description of the fault in the return. All packaging and instructions should also be returned to us for a refund for replacement item.

Please remember to ensure that all faulty items are cleaned and wrapped in a plastic bag. All products are tested and will be returned to you if they are not faulty.

Refunds

The European Distance Selling Regulations 2000 require us to refund your money within 30 days of cancellation. At BedroomPleasures we will refund much quicker - typically within 7 days of receiving back the item.

How to return a product

If you wish to return an item, please ensure you include your order number and reason for return. Wrap the item securely in a plastic bag and send FREEPOST to:

You do not need to have the package sent by Recorded Delivery, simply ask the post office for a certificate of posting.

This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
